First ABF rebuilds are currently work in progress...
I've noticed that lately ABF build nodes are much slower than usual:
for this reason I enable only -desktop, -laptop and their related -pae
this time the rpms will be available for for rosa2012lts, rosa 2012.1, and omv2013, omv2014
for omv2014 now there are some issues related with repositories stopping the x86_64 build...

there are some rebuilds in progress for 3.12.10:
- kernel-nrj-desktop and kernel-nrj-desktop-pae
- kernel-nrj-laptop and kernel-nrj-laptop-pae
- kernel-nrjQL-desktop and kernel-nrjQL-desktop-pae
- kernel-nrjQL-laptop and kernel-nrjQL-laptop-pae

I remind you the base repo address for kernels 3.12 link:

We noticed that Kernel 3.12 did not work with Virtualization Apps,
we found a solution to be applied directly to the vmware sources

EDIT: I'm wrong about the time: 21:14 UTC ...

The question was asked because it seemed that the naming sheme has changed, ie without the tag v7 or v7r1 in it:
3.12.9-69v7omv ==> 3.12.10-69omv

Just tested. It's hard to see significant difference between 3.12.9-69omv (without v7) and 3.12.10-69omv (with v7?). However, the second seems very slightly faster ( 3 % ?). Without specialized tool, it isn't easy to say.

EDIT: otherwise, globally, all works fine with this new kernel :)

The most important thing is that new v7r1 is stable enough for its using as our predefined disk I/O scheduler,
and also that you have noticed none performance regression like was instead with the first testing 3.12.9-v7

A performance issue with SSD was found and verified by Paolo Valente himself, now is fixed in newest v7r1

Yesterday, I've installed 3.12.10 in ROSA Fresh R2 x86_64, on a laptop with two OCZ SSD 128 (for OS and VMs):
about my impressions, comparing the previous 3.10.28 (BFQv6r2) performances with the new 3.12.10 (BFQv7r2),
with our usual apps and vmware vms, the new version behaves better, especially when is working with high loads...

thanks
