how to upload the latest kernel 3.10.1 ?

May know where to download and how to upload the latest kernel,because, as I watched these files is a bit kernels and I have no idea what to upload. Thank you in advance for your help

I believe you means to use the term "download" and NOT "upload", as you can NOT upload anything toward us...
