makemkv ... pre-req
I know I am being greedy here. I was looking for darktable and the awesome developers of MIB made one within a week or 2. I was wondering if the MIB team could give us some direction similar to what makemkv has on their web-site. According to their forum, here is what we need to do before trying run...

Re: Installing Digikam 2.1.1 and Darktable
No, that was not the solution I was looking for, as I had already tried to compile darktable without luck. What I wanted to know: if there was a pre-compiled package on MIB for these 2 applications. [Partly SOLVED] Installing Digikam 2.1.1 and Darktable
How do I install Digikam 2.1.1, which is the latest version.
Also, Darktable seems to be supported by MIB, but I cannot find the package.
Please advise.
Thanks

Re: Skype and its dependencies (how to install it in 64bit a
After reading your reply, I tried to install all those dependencies. But for the heck of it, I typed "skype" in Mandriva Control Center and it brought up a result" get-skype Here is the package info. All I had to do is to create a link in /usr/bin and I was good. get-skype-2.2.0.35 - Download and In...

Skype and its dependencies (how to install it in 64bit arch)
Can anyone please tell me how to use the Skype rpm so I can install the pre-req.
All these years, I have been using the Skype Static build tar file and it does kind of get tiring.
Thanks
