+ Bugfix: using the [x] button to cancel tonemap-local2 caused a menu lockout.

+ Bugfix: locales with comma decimal point caused a crash.
+ Pass page orientation to print function so user does not have to input again.
+ Use .jpeg intermediate file because .png is too slow.
+ Update layout when print dialog is exited without printing.
+ Add print format and layout diagnostics to log file.
+ Add page format A3 to choice list.
