Frescobaldi 1.1.8 for Mandriva Linux 2010.1.
Frescobaldi is a LilyPond sheet music text editor for KDE4.
It aims to be powerful, yet lightweight and easy to use. It is named after Girolamo Frescobaldi (1583-1643), an Italian composer.
It's a development version and some of the newer features require also a development version of LilyPond (actually at the version 2.12.38 aka alpha4).

There are also some other nice tools such as a built-in terminal and a blank staff paper generator. Frescobaldi has a comprehensive User Guide that's accessible from everywhere using the F1 key.
